REFUNDS, LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS
In my pursuit of excellence, I realize that i may not always meet your expectations as a stylist.In the event that you are unsatisfied, while sitting in my chair, please notify me immediately before leaving my establishment. I will correct whatever the issue is during the appointment. However, once services are completed and paid for, i will not be able to issue a refund.
All sales on products are final. Please be sure to read ingredients to all products incase of any allergies.
Deposits for appointments are non refundable. In the event you can't make your original, deposit can be rolled over for 1 reschedule. In the event that i cancel the appointment or reschedule for a time that isn't feasible for you, you will be fully refunded or your deposit or payment.

If for any reason you cant make your appointment and make no contact with me, that will result in a no call no show. No call no shows will not be able to rebook.
Any lateness of over 15 minutes will result in having to pay late fee of $20. After 30 mins, appointment will be cancelled out of respect for scheduled clients.
